Industrie 4.0 is an Interreg project that focuses on stimulating digital transformation in the manufacturing industry within the German-Dutch border region. The project provides support for companies to integrate innovative technologies, such as automation and data analytics, into their production processes. By working together with knowledge institutions and companies, Industrie 4.0 helps companies become more competitive and accelerate the transition to smarter and more sustainable production.

Digitaliseringsvoucher Gelderland

''De Digitaliseringsvoucher Gelderland'' is intended for SME manufacturing companies in Gelderland that want to digitize their business processes. With this voucher entrepreneurs can engage external expertise for issues related to digitization, such as automation, data, IT architecture and smart production processes. The process leads to concrete advice or proof of concept with which companies can take follow-up steps in their digital transformation. The voucher specifically focuses on research and advice, and not on the purchase of hardware or software. Participation requires, among other things, a Digital Maturity Assessment and guidance through an RCT broker.

ERDF Oost

ERDF Oost is a European grant program that strengthens the innovation power of the Eastern Netherlands. The program supports cooperating SMEs (with or without knowledge institutions or large companies) in developing and testing innovative solutions. The focus is on increasing the earning capacity of the region and contributing to societal challenges, such as energy transition. Subsidy is provided for projects focused on innovation, valorization and demonstration. Please note that openings are temporary and dependent on budget. For Gelderland, new openings are under review; for Overijssel, the budget is currently exhausted. Keep an eye on the website for current calls.

De Groeiversneller

''De Groeiversneller'' is an Oost NL program specifically for entrepreneurs in Gelderland who want to grow their business. The program offers tailored support, including advice, coaching and financing. Entrepreneurs can make use of subsidies for various growth-related activities, such as innovation (including AI innovations), market exploration and expanding their workforce. In addition, De Groeiversneller provides access to a broad network of experts and other entrepreneurs to foster collaborations and achieve growth objectives. De Groeiversneller is only for entrepreneurs based in Gelderland.

The program is open to organizations from the EU and associated countries and supports collaborations within themes such as industry, energy, health and digital technologies, among others.

VInnovate
Europe

VInnovate is a European grant program that supports SMEs in the eastern Netherlands in setting up innovative collaborations with partners from other European regions. Companies work in consortia (at least two partners from different countries/regions) on projects focused on smart and sustainable industry. The scheme focuses on themes such as smart industry, AI, energy, hydrogen, health and advanced manufacturing (including 3D printing). Projects are typically in the development and demonstration phase (TRL 5-8) and have a strong focus on international collaboration and impact. Subsidy is available for collaborating SMEs, knowledge institutions and companies, with only the costs of East Netherlands partners being reimbursed. Projects have a duration of up to 36 months. Please note that applications are via a tender procedure with fixed deadlines and require an international partner match (a.o. via a Project Fit Form).
