MIT R&D Grant Now Open: Up to €350,000 for Collaborative AI Innovations

Are you an SME entrepreneur working on an innovative AI solution and interested in further developing it in collaboration with other companies? If so, the MIT R&D Collaboration Program offered by the Province of Overijssel is an interesting opportunity. Through September 15, 2026, collaborating SMEs can apply for grants for research and development projects that address societal challenges and promote technological innovation. Grants ranging from €50,000 to €350,000 are available per project. The program is intended for partnerships consisting of at least two independent SMEs. Collaborating partners do not have to be based in Overijssel; they may also be located in another province. The grant must be applied for in the province where more than 50% of the eligible project costs are incurred.
